The following guidelines are for the safety and protection of our users, encouraging equality and progressive values in all areas of life, including love. These guidelines apply to the YOUME website, app, and online & offline events.
Find Love by Text and Video Call Features:
Use only your voice to find friends' features.
Do not share personal details such as social accounts, location, or address unless you have built a solid connection. For your privacy and safety, we strongly recommend staying on our platform.
Learn how to use the community REPORTING feature in the audio chat section. Report to us if someone breaches our community standards.
Remember, the “Finding Friends” feature is not for dating. If interested in dating, use the “Find Love” feature.
Finding Friends Audio Call Features:
After successful registration, you will receive your first free matches and can text and make a 20-minute video call with your matches.
Ensure the data you provide and the personality test results are authentic. Our algorithms check for false data, and you may receive a call from our administrator for verification. YOUME will not bear liability for the consequences of purposeful misinformation from individual users.
Find a quiet place to avoid audio or visual distractions during your video call.
We do not provide personal contact information for your potential date. If serious about the encounter, you may unlock their profile information.

During the Video Call Date:
Attendance: Showing up is important. Three no-shows will result in a ban.
Courtesy: Be kind and respectful during the 20-minute date.
Confidentiality: No harassment, commercial promotion, or asking for private information. Friends are not allowed to accompany you.
Discomfort: If your date makes you uncomfortable, you can cancel the date with a valid reason.
After the Video Call Date:
Feedback: Provide feedback for better future matches. Ratings are for internal purposes only.

We kindly request that all users take the time to read the guidelines for our Open Heart features. These guidelines are essential to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Before Confirming a Booking:
Users must thoroughly read the guidelines provided in the Open Heart feature before confirming any booking with a host.
Once a booking is confirmed, users are required to read the guidelines again before initiating a video call with the host.
Violation of Guidelines:
If users violate our guidelines, our administration system will take appropriate action to address the violation.
1.3 General Guidelines
Welcome to YouMe, where we provide genuine connections through online dating services for adults (18+) looking for a match based on personality test results. Respect diverse community members’ beliefs, interests, and property. We take strong action against hate speech, abuse, stalking, bullying, and misogyny. Behave as you would in real life.
We match based on personality and safeguard your privacy throughout the process. YouMe Match Operators are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Violating our policies may result in account dormancy. Our goal is to give you a long-term partner based on personality and compatibility.

Nudity/Sexual Photos: Strict photo guidelines. No clear photos without consent.
Sexual Topics: Refrain from discussing sexual topics. No tolerance for behavior aimed at hookups or exploitation.
Minors: Service is for users 18+. Correct date of birth is required.
Harassment: No harassment toward date partners or YouMe staff.
Hate Speech: No spreading hate speech or spamming.
Private Information: Sharing without operator acknowledgment is restricted.
Violence: No violent or harassing behavior.
Promotion: No business promotion or solicitation.
Prostitution and Trafficking: Strictly prohibited.
Scamming: No scamming behavior.
Impersonation: No impersonation scams.
Screenshots/Recordings: No screen recordings or screenshots.
Stalking/Threatening: No stalking or threatening behavior.
Illegal Usage: No illegal activities.
1.5 Photo Moderation Policy
We do not allow photos of children alone, indoor swimwear shots, underwear pictures, shirtless selfies, obscured faces, watermarks, text overlays, pornographic material, hunting photos, weapons, religious symbols, outdated photos, solicitation, or personal contact information.
1.6 Refund Policy
Users must buy credits upfront, except for first-time users who receive one free credit.
Different service packages have expiration dates. Users must use credits within 2-3 months, depending on the package.
No refunds for unused credits. Credits are deducted for voluntary call dropouts.
Additional credits must be purchased after using the allotted credits.
